There is a lesson to be learned from sacred geometry, and it teaches that there is a delicate balance between the male and female energies. When it comes to meditation and sexuality in the Western world, I feel like we've been badly misinformed.
Even as I'm writing this entry, I feel Miranda's female energy around me. I not only hear her laughter, but it vibrates within my chest. Her smile illuminates my desktop. But the whole thing still had to start with me.
It had to start with me, because I'm the one who had to visit the Japanese garden in Van Nuys, not Miranda. But me, I had to go to the gardens to meditate, re-establish my natural balance and get the whole "body high" thing going.
That's one of the first major steps in the right direction, because it confirms Owen Cook's theory from Real Social Dynamics: You have to feel good about yourself, before anyone else can. A visit to the Van Nuys Japanese gardens helps to achieve exactly that.
It gets me where I need to go, before I am able to approach any woman. I'm able to adjust in a way that allows me to enjoy company, and without fear of judgement. Even in front of the most beautiful girls, I can speak freely.
But of course, nutrition and meditation both had to change drastically. I needed time by myself in order to be back in-sync with the world around me. And I felt better, so I was able to do better.
It's a journey to Miranda's heart, but it's also a self-empowerment exercise for myself!
